In this workshop we will learn how to make Breadcrumb Cake. A recipe that comes from the ancients. A simple, traditional recipe that gives a new and sweet life to old bread.
This recipe is a way to bring the philosophy of "nothing is lost, everything is transformed" into people's kitchen and shows that it is possible to fight food waste in an easy and creative way.
The workshop includes a lunch for all participants after the session! 🙂
