WORKSHOPS RENTAL
DESK AND CLOSED STUDIOS RENTAL
Fábrica Moderna in Costa da Caparica is a space where creators and creatives, especially with activity in digital areas, have their workspace next to a Creative Community and with the beach always close by. Here, you can find studios in "desk" format or closed studios, to develop your projects and activities in a serene way and with access to all the services and amenities we offer. In addition to the freedom and comfort that the space offers, being a resident of Fábrica Moderna is, above all, being part of a community of creatives that continues to grow between Marvila and Costa da Caparica.
SHARED COMMON AREAS
Residents have access to all facilities, which in addition to their exclusive space, also include a meeting room, lounge, kitchen, outdoor terrace, events and yoga room, surf storage and changing rooms.
SURF FRIENDLY
Fábrica Moderna Caparica is located 50 meters from the beach and is fully prepared to receive residents who practice water sports, with access to changing rooms, hot showers and space to store boards and wetsuits.
PET-FRIENDLY
Fábrica Moderna is a pet-friendly space, where pets are welcome, but respecting each one's space. So residents can work with peace of mind in the company of their 4-legged friends.
Schedule
We know the needs of our residents and we know that the multiplicity of activities and working hours makes it necessary to be able to work at any time of the day or night.
Therefore, at Caparica we have 2 types of opening hours: a more restricted one (from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays), and a broader one (24-hour access any day of the week and weekends), which can choose to freely develop their activities.
SERVICES
We have a full schedule of classes and events for our residents, such as Yoga classes, workshops, etc. The vibrant synergy that exists with Fábrica Moderna de Marvila, allows Caparica residents to enjoy other external services, such as 3D Printing, Laser Cutting and Engraving, Electronics & Robotics, Hardware Design & Fabrication and Ceramic Oven Rental.
WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING
At Fábrica Moderna we believe in the importance of disseminating Know-how, in sharing knowledge and in the conscious and careful dissemination of artistic and technological techniques from the most varied creative areas. In this sense, we develop practical/hands-on training programs, dedicated to adults and children, such as workshops, customized training plans and one-to-one practical mentorships, in Marvila and/or Caparica.
CREATIVE EVENTS
To publicize the projects and brands of Fábrica Moderna residents and, at the same time, welcome new invited talents with the aim of enhancing and strengthening synergies, we promote events dedicated to the creative community, such as exhibitions, markets, meetups and Open Studios/ meet -the-artist, focused on direct interaction between the public and the Fábrica residents.
