Welcome to the abstract painting and affirmation workshop!
This workshop is designed to provide a creative and therapeutic outlet for participants to explore their emotions and aspirations through the medium of paint and text.
Led by Natalia, a mindfulness instructor and artist, the workshop will guide participants through the process of creating an abstract background using various painting techniques. The abstract background will serve as a foundation for the affirmation that will be painted on top. Participants will be encouraged to use colors and brushstrokes that reflect their emotions, whether it's sadness, anger, or joy.
Once the abstract background is complete, participants will then choose an affirmation that resonates with them. This affirmation can be a personal mantra, a positive affirmation, or a statement of intent. Using paint and text, participants will then create a visual representation of their affirmation on top of the abstract background.
