Welcome to the Mandala workshop! 

This workshop is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to explore their emotions and express themselves through the art of creating mandalas.

Mandalas are circular designs that have been used for centuries in various cultures as a form of meditation and self-expression. In this workshop, participants will learn how to create their own mandalas using different colors and patterns that reflect their emotions and personal experiences. Through the process of creating a mandala, participants will be guided to tap into their inner selves and explore their emotions. The act of coloring and designing a mandala can be a meditative and relaxing experience, which can help to reduce stress and promote a sense of calm.

Participants will have the opportunity to use a variety of colors and patterns to create their mandalas, which allows for a high degree of personalization and creativity. They will also be encouraged to share their experiences and emotions with others in the workshop, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Minimum age - 14 years
• The workshop length may vary depending on the difficulty of the work
• Main language of the workshop is English but Natalia also speaks Portuguese and Russian
