Paint and Manifest Workshop // 40€

Welcome to the abstract painting and affirmation workshop! 

This workshop is designed to provide a creative and therapeutic outlet for participants to explore their emotions and aspirations through the medium of paint and text.

Led by Natalia, a mindfulness instructor and artist, the workshop will guide participants through the process of creating an abstract background using various painting techniques. The abstract background will serve as a foundation for the affirmation that will be painted on top. Participants will be encouraged to use colors and brushstrokes that reflect their emotions, whether it's sadness, anger, or joy.

Once the abstract background is complete, participants will then choose an affirmation that resonates with them. This affirmation can be a personal mantra, a positive affirmation, or a statement of intent. Using paint and text, participants will then create a visual representation of their affirmation on top of the abstract background.

This workshop is not only a chance for participants to tap into their creativity, but it is also an opportunity to connect with their emotions and explore their goals. The act of creating something with their own hands can be empowering and fulfilling, and the affirmation that they create can serve as a reminder of their goals and aspirations. Research has shown that engaging in creative activities can have a positive impact on mental health and well-being. By immersing oneself in the creative process, individuals may experience lower rates of anxiety and depression and greater life satisfaction.

Other important information:

• All materials included (Participants may choose between painting 1 picture on an A3 canvas, 2 pictures on A4 paper sheets or 4 pictures on smaller paper sheets)
• No special skills required.
• Minimum age - 14 years
• The workshop length may vary depending on the difficulty of the work
• Main language of the workshop is English but Natalia also speaks Portuguese and Russian
